Who Are Who We Are is a personal film exploring how our environment shapes identity. Without a set plan, I let the footage guide the story—writing and recording voiceovers in real time. I blended old videos from my childhood, including some taken by others, with recent clips to show growth and continuity. The project became a reflection on my journey into photography and the experiences that shaped me. I even recreated past shots to highlight how my surroundings have remained constant, even as I’ve changed. A moment in Washington Square Park—mirroring a scene I saw over a decade ago—brought everything full circle, grounding the film in memory, evolution, and place.
